These Terms of Service govern the relationship between Ocean Cleaning Solutions and any individual or entity that uses our cleaning services, including carpet cleaning, room cleaning, upholstery cleaning, outsourced labor, and exterior residential cleaning in North Carolina. By booking or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Provided

Ocean Cleaning Solutions offers professional cleaning services, which may include:

- Carpet and rug cleaning

- Room and full-residence cleaning

- Upholstery and sofa cleaning

- Labor outsourcing for cleaning needs

- Heavy-duty and exterior cleaning

The scope of work will be agreed upon before service begins, either by written quote, email, or verbal agreement.

2. Scheduling and Access

Services are scheduled in advance based on availability.

You must provide safe and reasonable access to the property at the agreed time.

If you are not home, you must provide instructions for entry (e.g., key, lockbox, access code).

3. Payments

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept payments via cash, check, or secure electronic methods.

Late payments may result in additional fees.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the quoted service.

We reserve the right to reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, emergencies, etc.).

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate information regarding your property and service needs.

Remove fragile, valuable, or irreplaceable items from cleaning areas.

Ensure pets are safely secured during service.

Notify us in advance of any safety hazards, health risks, or special cleaning requirements.

6. Liability and Limitations

While we take great care in our services, Ocean Cleaning Solutions is not liable for pre-existing damage or deterioration of items, furniture, or surfaces.

We are not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, poor structural conditions, or items that cannot withstand standard cleaning methods.

Our liability, if any, is limited to the cost of the service provided.

7. Subcontractors and Staff

We may use subcontractors or employees to perform cleaning services. All workers are expected to follow our professional standards and company policies.

8. Health and Safety

We reserve the right to refuse service in environments that pose safety risks to our staff (e.g., hazardous materials, infestations, unsafe conditions).

Some cleaning products may cause allergic reactions; clients must notify us in advance of any sensitivities.

9. Service Guarantee

We strive to provide high-quality cleaning. If you are dissatisfied with the service, please notify us within 24 hours so we can address and resolve the issue.

10. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate services at our discretion, including but not limited to: non-payment, unsafe working conditions, or repeated cancellations.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts within North Carolina.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on our website and become effective immediately upon posting.
